Roberto Mejill Tellado is a seasoned public finance expert and real estate executive with over three decades of experience in municipal government, financial consulting, and property management. He currently serves as President of RWM Real Property Inc and RWM Consultants Inc, where he specializes in municipal budgeting, sales and property tax consulting, and public finance strategy. Roberto previously served as Director of Finance for the Municipality of Guayanilla and President of the Puerto Rico Senate Committee on Municipal Affairs, helping strengthen coordination between state and municipal governments. He holds a BA in Public Administration and Economics (Cum Laude) and an MBA in Finance from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
